Our terms and conditions

You’ll need to accept our Terms and Conditions every time you make a purchase.

Please note that different terms and conditions (including prices, charges for services, availability, delivery times and returns policies) apply to the purchases made in our main office.


The contract after you have ordered

Don’t panic if you make any mistakes during the order process. You can edit your information until the page asking you to confirm the payment. Once you submit an order we will issue an Order Reference Number and present you with the details of the products and services you’ve ordered. We will confirm those details by email, recognising receipt of your order. We will then keep you updated about the status of your order. In case we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will send you an email to let you know. These terms do not apply for order placed over the telephone, where you have not disclosed your email address with us.

If for any reason, unintentionally or because of technical issues we’ve published inaccurate information on our websites (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered) we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if our system has generated and sent an Order Confirmation email to you. We will issue a full refund of any charges already paid.


Prices and payments

All of our prices are in UK pounds (£). The total cost for your order will be a sum of the products you ordered, the delivery charge (if any), any additional services you choose e.g. installation of software or SIM cards, plus VAT for all taxable products. You will see a full breakdown in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.


When deciding whether to accept your order we may use information provided by our accredited identity verification partner. For example, we may pass on your details for them to check against certain public and private databases. This way we can protect you and us from fraudulent activities.

If a transaction is marked as being potentially fraudulent we may require our couriers to return the goods to our warehouse and we may cancel your order even though you will have received the Order Confirmation email.




For some of our products we need to have a minimum age requirement and by ordering you are confirming that you are of the required age. We may check your age using an approved age verification service.


Delivery and installation services

The delivery and installation fees will be displayed in your basket prior you purchase. For some orders we might offer free UK delivery, which will be noted in your order details.


Recycling and resales

When you sell to us your redundant working or non-working equipment for recycling or resale, you agree to the quote given. You can ask for a certificate that all personal information has been deleted from your devices prior to their resale or recycling.


Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We will do everything we can to ensure you get your order complete and in pristine condition (as described). If anything is missing or damaged please contact our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving the order, using the forms in the “Contact us” section on the website you ordered the goods from.


Returns/cancellations and after sales policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, please fill in our returns form, ship the goods back to us and we will refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 30 days after delivery.

As per The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened them in order to inspect them. You will be entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel your order within 30 calendar days from the day after the delivery. You can examine the goods but in order to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them, or input any data and software. The goods must be in the condition they were when you bought them from us (all new and refurbished products should be ‘as new’ and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them; all used stock should be returned as it was delivered – without any personal software or data recorded to it).

In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of a digital download, the cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.


If you consent to a digital download starting within the 30-day cancellation period and acknowledge the right to cancel will be lost, you will not be able to request a refund.


There are three ways to refund/cancel your purchase:

You can return the product to our warehouse, bringing the card you paid with so we can credit it. When returning products which were opened, you should do so without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel.

You can cancel your order by using the form in the “Contact us” page on our websites or by using our returns online forms when available. You can find a link to them in the footer of our websites.

Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling or usage by you.

If you have requested to cancel or return products, which came with the installation of a specialised software, we have the right to retain any charge paid for the services which have already been completed.

Refunds might take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.


When we cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

  1. If you return your product to our warehouse without proof of purchase.
  2. There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services. For example, if there is a mobile phone subscription tied to the contract for the products you bought.
  3. The goods were a special order to your specification


Faulty goods

We will offer you either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its warranty period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service*. In all cases we reserve our right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

To receive a refund or exchange, the product you return must be in otherwise ”as new” condition and accompanied by all accessories and free gifts that were offered with it, with the original box and packaging. For used products, they need to be returned in the packaging they were received.

We will not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

*Often repairs will be carried out by the manufacturers’ own repair agents with whom we have arrangements in place to ensure your product is repaired by skilled and qualified engineers. If we refer you to such a repair center when you call us, please be assured this is only in the best interest to get you up and running again. If you’re not happy with their service, we urge you to let us know.



Our websites

We and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on our websites. You may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available our content by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of our materials or content is strictly prohibited.

You must not create any links to our websites without our prior written consent. Additionally, you should not restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of our websites by anyone else.



These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to our websites and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on our websites are governed by the English laws and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We would not accept any amendments to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions cover all of our websites. Any other websites to which you link from our sites are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. By law we are required to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply. We acknowledge we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with a contract.
