Return Items You Ordered
You can return the items sold on our web stores. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the item, or reason for return.
Start your return
To start a return on an item you ordered you need to visit the section for returns on our website, from which you ordered the goods. You should follow the on-screen instructions to get a return mailing label and choose a return option.
Prepare and ship your return
Once you have completed the steps above:
- Print the email we will send. If you do not have access to a printer, please write down manually the details we sent to your email.
- Pack your items securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Enclose your return email or handwritten document in the package.
- Ship your return using recorded delivery.
Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please don’t consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order.
Exchanging or Replacing an Item
If you need to trade your item for a different size or colour, you can exchange qualifying items through our forms for returns.
If the item, you wish to return does not have an exchange option you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
In order to exchange an item, you must:
- Go to the page for returns on our website, from which you bought the goods and select the option to return or replace items.
- Fill in the details about the order you want to return.
- You must specify a reason from the return menu – exchange or replace.
You should enclose the return email we will send you into the packaging of the original item, when shipping it back. You’ll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.
If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
Holiday Returns Policy
Items which were shipped by us between 1st November the current year and 5th January the following year, may be returned within the same 30-day period, which applies for all goods purchased from our stores. You should follow our return guidelines.
Items shipped from Mobile B2B Partners can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Mobile and Smart Phones, Tablets, PDA’s and Laptops with Service
If you purchased a product, which comes with a contract to use mobile networks or other services, you should refer to the policies for those agreements, if you wish to return those goods.
Computers (laptops & desktop)
New desktop computers, laptops or tablets purchased from our online stores, which did not start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Mobile B2B Partners may test computers that are returned because they didn’t operate as expected when they arrived. We may impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if a customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned desktop computer, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
New, used, and refurbished products, which come with manufacturer warranty and break down 6 months after the item was delivered should be referred to the warranty of the individual vendor.
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.
How Refunds Are Issued
When returning an item, we will use the payment method used at the time of purchase to issue your refund.
Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
If your original order was placed using different currency, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
After the delivery service has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive the returned goods and process your refund.
Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
If You Return

*For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery.
Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by Mobile B2B partners. Some products have additional conditions that may apply.
Exchanges & Replacements
You can exchange or replace an item through our returns form if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.
You can exchange an item if it meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.
Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories
If you received an order that is missing items or parts, you can initiate a refund or replacement from our returns form.
Note: You can also contact the product’s manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
This option is available for items that have a size or color variation. The exchange item must be:
- A different size or color than the return item
- Shipped and sold by Mobile B2B Partners
Exchanges for Another Item
The exchange item must be:
- Added in a quantity of one to the cart
- Shipped and sold by Mobile B2B Partners
- Not an Add-on Item
- Not identical to the item being returned
